Introduction

At Clean Tech Construction LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality construction and energy efficiency services. Due to the nature of our services, which include insulation installation, air sealing, and ductless mini-split installations, our return policy differs from traditional product-based businesses.

Service-Based Policy

Our services are custom-tailored to each client's specific needs and property. Once work has commenced, services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following guarantees:

Quality Guarantee

All work performed by Clean Tech Construction LLC is guaranteed to meet industry standards and local building codes. If any defects in workmanship are discovered within the warranty period, we will address them at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Period

  • Insulation Services: 5-year workmanship warranty
  • Air Sealing: 3-year workmanship warranty
  • Ductless Mini-Splits: Manufacturer warranty plus 1-year installation warranty

Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the project cost to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

After Work Has Commenced

Once work has begun, clients will be responsible for payment for all work completed, materials purchased, and labor hours invested. If you wish to discontinue services mid-project, please contact us immediately to discuss options and final billing.

Materials and Products

For materials and products supplied as part of our services:

  • All materials are ordered specifically for your project and cannot be returned once delivered to your property
  • Defective materials will be replaced at no cost to you under manufacturer warranties
  • Unused materials may be returned to suppliers at our discretion, with any refunds applied to your final invoice

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of project completion
  2. Provide specific details about your concerns
  3. Allow us the opportunity to inspect and address any issues
  4. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Services were not performed as agreed in the contract
  • Prepayment was made for services that were never scheduled or performed
  • Duplicate payments were made in error

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
