At Clean Tech Construction LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality construction and energy efficiency services. Due to the nature of our services, which include insulation installation, air sealing, and ductless mini-split installations, our return policy differs from traditional product-based businesses.
Our services are custom-tailored to each client's specific needs and property. Once work has commenced, services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following guarantees:
All work performed by Clean Tech Construction LLC is guaranteed to meet industry standards and local building codes. If any defects in workmanship are discovered within the warranty period, we will address them at no additional cost to you.
Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the project cost to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Once work has begun, clients will be responsible for payment for all work completed, materials purchased, and labor hours invested. If you wish to discontinue services mid-project, please contact us immediately to discuss options and final billing.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the following circumstances:
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
